The Board of Directors schedules meetings thoughout the year as needs arise. During the Covid Pandemic these meetings have been held by video conferencee. If no meeting is scheduled, the default date will be the first Thursday of each quarter at 2:30pm, unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the next business day. Volunteers and donors are encouraged to participate.
